Covering 30,000 m2 (with will be built construction about 70,000m2), there are three major workshops : molding workshop, wood products workshop and assembling workshops. With advanced technology and a team of talents, SunnySauna provides the global buyers with "Global homogeneity service" including product design, molding, manufacture, sales and export trading.
Molding Workshop: There are different kinds of sophisticated facilities to ensure product quality, such as semi auto molding machine equipment from 4 meter to 12 meter, double location semi-automatic molding machine, semi-automatic edge trimmer, reinforced spray gun and water curtain dust removal, etc .
Wood Product Workshop: There are automatic cutting machines, four side planer,sanding machines, semi-automatic edge trimmer, etc.
Each workshop has standardized work flow from molding, strengthening, cutting, hole making, assembling and inspection to packing. Mature manufacturing system with strict management of each step ensures qualified products.
